First tests with MCP3008

  1. Identify the exact MCP3008 variant, package and manufacturer documentation.
  2. Identify power, ground and signal pins in the documentation. Assemble the circuit with power disconnected.
  3. Follow the manufacturer’s evaluation circuit. Use a current-limited low-voltage supply and the recommended logic levels.
