- Identify the exact BAV99 variant, package and manufacturer documentation.
- Identify power, ground and signal pins in the documentation. Assemble the circuit with power disconnected.
- Follow the manufacturer’s evaluation circuit. Use a current-limited low-voltage supply and the recommended logic levels.
