First tests with SS14

1. Identify the exact SS14 variant, package and manufacturer documentation.
2. Identify power, ground and signal pins in the documentation. Assemble the circuit with power disconnected.
3. Follow the manufacturer’s evaluation circuit. Use a current-limited low-voltage supply and the recommended logic levels.
4. Mesurez les signaux d’entrée et de sortie. Comparez leur comportement à la fonction : diode schottky cms.

Vérifier expérimentalement la fonction de SS14 avec le circuit d’application du fabricant.
